Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders quickly, we ask that you request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing from the date of your order. Orders will be shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, shipping can take between 2-4 weeks depending on your location.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it has shipped, please contact us at info@vilogoods.com, and we will be happy to help with a refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices on our website are shown tax-free in US Dollars, so you may be subject to duties and taxes once your order reaches its destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office, and payment is your responsibility. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
